The Information Contained Below is the Standardization of the Karate-do Program Offered by the Ichikawa-ha Goju-ryu International Karate-do Sosui-kai.

 Da-Mo Taiso (warm-up excercises) - Consists of the following:

1) Junan Taiso (flexibility & stretching excercises)
2) Kokyu Taiso (breathing excercises)
3) Kiko Taiso (spirit-power excercises)

 Kihon-Jutsu (basic training) - Consists of the following:

A) Sonoba Kihon-Jutsu (standing basics)
B) Kihon Ido-Jutsu (moving basics)

Tachi Waza (stances) Kansetsu Waza (joint locking)
Unsoku Waza (footwork) Shime Waza (strangulation)
* Uke Waza (blocking) Osae Waza (pinning, controlling & trapping)
* Tzuki Waza (punching) Nage Waza (throwing)
* Uchi Waza (striking) Hazuku Waza (escaping)
* Geri Waza (kicking) Ne Waza (ground fighting)
Tsukami Waza (gripping) Kyusho Waza (vital points)
Hiki Waza (pulling) Kappo Waza (resuscitation)
Kaeshi Waza (countering)

*Denotes Segments of Kihon that Should be Performed in All of the Following Stances:
